West Mercia Housing Group was established in 1998 as the parent organisation to explore options for future growth and enhance local accountability. Since its formation West Mercia has developed into a successful group of housing associations organised on a federal basis, sharing resources and expertise in order to deliver housing services and new affordable homes for a diverse range of customers.

From its traditional housing association roots, West Mercia has enjoyed a robust financial position, with relatively modern, well maintained housing stock spread over a wide geographical area. In recent years the Group has established a good reputation for service delivery and has established a good reputation for service delivery and has worked successfully with local authorities and other partners to provide quality new affordable homes in Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Coventry and the West Midlands.

The Group is a Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) Investment Partner and the lead partner of the Spectrum Development Partnership consortium.

Our normal office opening times are:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
