As a lead Investment Partner of the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), WM Housing Group is the lead partner of Spectrum Development Partnership and our aim is to deliver over 1,000 new homes across the West Midlands, Herefordshire and Worcestershire every year.
We have a proven track record in delivering a wide range of projects within budget and on time. Our combined skills and expertise together with the strong relationships we have developed with our Local Authorities, contractor and consultant partners and the HCA have enabled us to successfully increase the overall size of our programme, while ensuring we meet delivery targets.
