We aim to provide excellent services to our customers.
We work hard to improve our services year-on-year.
We believe that to achieve and maintain this we need to constantly monitor our performance in key areas and compare ourselves against other similar landlords.
Working with our customers, we set performance targets which we report to our Board, committees, customers, the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) and the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA).
