Our annual reports
The reports aim to inform customers how each association is performing against the National Standards as set by our regulator, the Tenant Services Authority.
The reports include an update on our progress in respect of last year’s Plans for Improvement and sets out our Plans for Improvement for 2011/12 under each National Standard, together with performance information and comparisons with similar organisations.
