Our finances

WM Housing Group has a turnover of over £90 million a year. Around 85 per cent of our income comes from the rents our residents pay, of the remaining income, around half comes from sales of new affordable homes.

We manage our finances prudently so that we can invest as much as possible into providing services to our residents.
