Corporate plan

The Group’s corporate plan 2010-15 was published in May 2010 and was designed to reflect the ambitions and values of WM Housing, a large and diverse social housing business that makes a positive difference to the lives of people in the areas in which it works. Progress on the aims set out in our plan is reported annually to Boards and Customer Groups. The Plan itself is refreshed annually to take account of our progress and our ambitions for the next five years.

The Group’s vision to ‘create places where people are proud to live and work’ remains integral as do our key values:

As a social business we are clear about our priorities which extend significantly beyond just being a landlord. Our collective ambition is to continue to make a real, demonstrable difference to people’s lives and this will be achieved by our focus on four keys aims:
