As a not for profit housing association WM Housing Group is subject to the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) regulatory regime. The social housing regulator sets standards that social landlords are expected to meet. The regulator focuses on economic regulation and will expect landlords to meet expectations on governance, financial viability, rent setting and value for money. From time to time the regulator will publish their assessment of our compliance.

On 24 September 2014, the HCA issued its latest Regulatory Judgment in respect of the Group and affirmed the Group’s V1/G1 rating. This rating is published on the HCA’s website
