We are currently looking for Surveyors to support our maintenance activities in Coventry. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the post holder will be responsible for providing operational and technical support in the delivery of responsive, planned and void property repairs executed by the in-house maintenance team and or support contractors. The successful candidate will have the ability to: Plan, organise and undertaking pre- and post-inspections and the preparation of schedules of works using relevant NHF Schedule of Rates relating to responsive and voids works. Supervise and effectively coordinate the work of internal and external contractors, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with specifications, legislation, relevant codes of practice and customer requirements. Prepare detailed specifications and schedules of work and procuring these works through tendering protocols. Manage works within the scope of the CDM Regulations. Delivering maintenance repairs in line with key performance indicators including cost, quality, customer satisfaction and safety. You will be able to work to deadlines and manage and prioritise your own workload A good level of IT literacy including ability to learn new office management systems is essential. At a time of considerable transformational change for the Group, we are looking to recruit an experienced ICT Project Manager to join the ICT team based at 4040 Lakeside. The purpose of the role is to drive business projects through the development life-cycle, ensuring the solutions are technically sound, meet operational requirements and are delivered on time. Candidates should be customer focused and committed to delivering efficiencies through projects. This is an important and busy position and you will be expected to manage many competing priorities and projects, working collaboratively with partners across the business to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes.
