Salary: Band C £19,615 - £22,782 pro rata per annum
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Officer to support the provision of high quality Customer Services, including a welcoming, customer focussed response to face to face enquiries received at Whitefriars reception.
Salary: Band C £19,909 – 23,124 per annum, depending on experience (increasing to £20,407 - £23, 702 with effect 1st April 2019)
Reporting to the HomeWorks Senior Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for the scheduling of maintenance works using our Dynamic Resource Scheduling solution along with contributing to the provision of customer focussed end to end operational and administrative support to a team of Trade Engineers, Supervisors, Surveyors and Managers.
