Our customer service adviser roles are ideal if you like variety, helping people and making a difference to people’s lives. You’ll be dealing with a wide range of calls – people will be reporting repairs, paying their rent, or seeking our help because of anti-social behaviour or financial issues. You will also be dealing with business calls and updating our systems.
And as an added bonus, we do not open on bank holidays or at the weekend.

We only moved in a couple of years ago and we’ve taken a lot of care to make sure the offices are furnished and decorated to a high standard. There’s a large canteen with free tea and coffee plus TVs, breakout areas across all our three floors and a prayer / welfare room.
Food vans visit us throughout the morning so if you feel like a fresh coffee, want lunch from M&S or treat yourself to a hot panini, you can.
There’s free parking on-site or in our overflow car park a minute away.
We’re based on the Birmingham Business Park which is home to over 200 companies and has a thriving events calendar that includes independent food vans on a Friday, a visiting beautician and therapist, Pilates and walking clubs. There’s a great cafe on site, a WHSmith, dry cleaners and a nursery.
