Regulation

WM Housing Group is regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency, which sets the required standards for all registered social housing providers.

The standards cover economic regulation (governance, financial viability, rent setting, value for money) and consumer regulation (tenant involvement and empowerment, home, tenancy, neighbourhood and community).

In its latest regulatory judgement in September 2014, the Homes and Communities Agency confirmed our top-level V1/G1 rating.
