Effective performance management and customer scrutiny drives value for money in our service delivery. Local scrutiny panels scrutinise services and work with each association’s board and staff to improve services.
We constantly monitor our performance and compare our results with that of other, similar organisations. Working with customers, we set performance targets and report to our Board, committees, partners and the Homes and Communities Agency.
