Customer Annual Reports 2017-2018

This year’s annual reports have been developed with the help and support of your Local Stakeholder Boards.

The Local Stakeholder Board review performance, get involved in customer scrutiny of the services provided to customers and the development of the local community plan.

The Customer Annual Reports tell you:

  • how we are performing in key areas of service delivery, such as repairs
  • lettings and rents information
  • neighbourhood improvements and service developments
  • customer service updates

If you don’t think we deserve a thumbs up, think about becoming involved and having a say on our services.
