Supported housing

To find out how we can help and what supported housing options are available in your area, please contact our customer service centre.

Our care and supported housing work is delivered through:

  • Family Optima Housing (Birmingham)
  • SHYPP (Herefordshire)
  • West Mercia Homes (Herefordshire & Worcestershire)
  • Whitefriars Housing (Coventry)

Together they provide care and supported housing services for more than 3,000 people each year.

The associations manage services ranging from emergency (crisis) accommodation and supported housing for young people (Foyers) to sheltered schemes for the elderly and direct access homeless accommodation. The services can range from care homes, for people with learning difficulties or cerebral palsy, to floating support services, for older people, young people and lone parents. We also work in schools on homeless prevention work.

We offer a range of options to those with specific housing needs. Whether it’s round-the-clock care, or simply the assurance that support is there if it’s needed, we can help find the right home for you or your loved ones.
