Our trained Customer Service Advisers will check and discuss your rent account, even if you are calling about something else. We also have trained advisers on hand to help with any debt or money issues.

What will a call to us cost?

Our normal operating hours are between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Calls to 0300 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.

These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone.

So, if you buy a bundle of minutes with your mobile phone, a call to our customer service centre will be free, assuming you haven’t used up your allowance for the month.

If you have a landline contract that says all calls are free during certain times, then if you call us during these times, a call to us will be free.

How do I access the NGT service?

You can download the NGT Lite app free for computers from the Next Generation Text Service website. For Android smartphones and tablets, the app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and it can be downloaded from the Apple Store for iPhones and iPads.
