If your call is not urgent, the best time to contact the service centre is after 6pm when we are less busy.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm. If you have an emergency outside of these hours, you will be transferred to our out of hours service. You will get help with your emergency and they will let us know you called so we can follow this up with you when we get back.
Call centre staff will check and discuss the rent account balances of our customers, even if they are calling about something else. We also have trained advisors on hand to help with any debt or money issues.
What will a call to us cost?
Calls to 0300 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.
These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone.
So, if you buy a bundle of minutes with your mobile phone, a call to our customer service centre will be free, assuming you haven’t used up your allowance for the month.
If you have a landline contract that says all calls are free during certain times, then if you call us during these times, a call to us will be free.
