Scrutiny panel – our panel is just about to start their latest review – which is looking at satisfaction levels re the repairs service. When the review is complete and the report written, the Panel will meet with Whitefriars senior managers to discuss their conclusions and recommendations and agree a joint action plan. This report will then be presented by the panel members to the Whitefriars Board. The panel currently has 6 active members and are keen for more residents to join the panel. Customer panel – meets every 3 months to discuss and help shape our services and delivery, proposed changes, key issues and consider proposals for new approaches. If you would like to know more or join the panel please let us know.
Learning Equals Partnership – The Learning Equals Partnership is a group of housing associations and local authorities in the West Midlands that have pooled their resources to co-fund a joint programme of learning for both residents and staff.

Mystery shoppers – will be being re-introduced and we are seeking customers who are interested in checking out our services to give us feedback so we can improve our service delivery.
