Whitefriars Customer Panel

The Customer Panel offers the opportunity for Whitefriars tenants and leaseholders to meet on a regular basis with Whitefriars staff and have a direct influence over Whitefriars decisions that affect the way that it delivers its services to customers.

The Panel also helps ensure that Whitefriars meets the requirements of the Customer Involvement & Empowerment Standard by overseeing the delivery of Whitefriars’s Customer Involvement action plan.

Being a member of the Customer Panel gives you your chance to have your say, influence change, lead on innovation and look at new ways of working to improve the services for all our customers.

Our Customer Panel meets every three months and is not only a good way of gaining more understanding about how Whitefriars Housing works, but is also a great way of meeting new people and making new friends.
