£9m High Rise Refurbishment Programme

William Batchelor House, Samuel Vale House & Nauls Mill House

All 3 blocks sit within 500 metres of each other and are clearly visible from the ring road, close to the Foleshill Road exit and therefore their transformation will be witnessed by many commuters on a day-to-day basis.

  • Soil stack will be replaced
  • New Fire doors fitted throughout the building

  • New ceilings in the communal lobbies
  • New flooring on the ground floor and lobbies
