Across the Group, satisfaction with our overall service is 86.1%, just shy of our target of 87%. 

  • 84.8% of customers were satisfied with their neighbourhood as a place to live
  • 80.5% were satisfied with the handling of their most recent repair
  • 85.9% of our customers were satisfied with how we dealt with their enquiries

Customer Service Centre

Our new customer service centre launched on Monday 21 September. Since then we answered over 12,000 calls, with an average waiting time of 1 minute, 30 seconds.  We have ambitious targets for performance and customer service.
