Looking after your neighbourhood this summer

Everyone can help making our neighbourhoods places where we are proud to live.

Looking after your garden

With all the wet weather we’ve been having, gardens can quickly get out of control. ¬†If you are struggling to manage your garden, ¬†please contact us for advice and support.

Keeping communal areas clear in case of an emergency

Living in a smaller property can be restricting when you have items such as pushchairs, bicycles and scooters, however it is a hazard to leave such items under stairs or on landings. We will take legal action to ensure these items are removed if you do not remove them yourself.

Reporting abandoned properties

You can help us find abandoned properties sooner and help prevent it from becoming a magnet for anti-social behaviour.

Other things you can do:

  • dispose of rubbish appropriately
  • be careful of noise levels especially if you live in a flat
  • park your car in designated spaces
  • keep control over your pets, including cleaning up after dog fouling.

If you have any concerns about your neighbourhood and anti-social behaviour contact us through My Account.
