What is a stakeholder board?
In the last year we have been reviewing our governance arrangements to enable our boards of management to operate more efficiently and effectively. As part of this, however, we have recognised the importance of local scrutiny and how we provide our services in your local area.
We will have one Local Stakeholder Board for each of our main operating areas in Coventry, Birmingham, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. The Local Stakeholder Board will comprise of a member of the parent board as chair, three tenant representatives and three independent representatives.
