Yesterday we told you about a problem with taking Direct Debit payments from our customers’ accounts by our provider Allpay.
Some of you may have found two payments being taken instead of one. Allpay has said they will be making refunds.
As this issue has affected all of Allpay’s clients they have not been able to complete all the refunds (Friday 8 September) but they are making every effort to do so as soon as possible.
