We have extra engineers working on emergencies such as total heating failure. Frozen condensate pipes is an issue and there are helpful instructions on our website on how to thaw these to get the system working again. Some customers have contacted us to say this has worked for them.

Herefordshire and Worcester are providing the most challenging driving conditions but we are trying to get someone to them.  We hope to get to all currently reported system failures today.

If an enquiry can wait until next week please help us manage, by contacting us then.  A non emergency repair can be reported online at any time through our My Account service.
